1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of ATS Match AI's services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

ATS Match AI provides the following AI-powered career tools:

• ATS Resume Analyzer: Upload your resume and a job description to receive an ATS compatibility score, missing skills analysis, and improvement suggestions.
• AI Resume Rewrite: Our AI rewrites and optimizes your resume content to better match a target job description and improve ATS scores.
• AI Resume Builder: Build a professional resume from scratch using AI-guided templates and smart content suggestions.
• Resume Templates: Access professionally designed resume templates tailored for various industries and roles.
• Subscription Plans: Free and paid plans (Pro, Premium) offering varying levels of resume analyses and features.

3. User Accounts

To access most features, you must register for an account using a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials confidential and secure.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us immediately at support@atsmatchai.pro if you suspect unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

ATS Match AI offers a Free plan and paid subscription plans (Pro and Premium). Paid plans are billed on a monthly basis and grant access to additional resume analyses and advanced features.

• All payments are processed securely. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change with prior notice.
• Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Resume analysis credits are non-transferable and expire at the end of each billing cycle.
• We do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods unless required by applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ATS Match AI to:

• Upload content that is false, misleading, defamatory, or infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from our platform using automated tools.
• Use our AI tools to generate fraudulent resumes or misrepresent qualifications to employers.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services or servers.
• Share your account credentials with others or resell access to our services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on ATS Match AI — including but not limited to the AI models, resume templates, UI design, logos, and text — are owned by ATS Match AI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the resume content you upload or create. By using our services, you grant ATS Match AI a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of delivering the requested service (e.g., ATS analysis, AI rewrite).

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Our AI tools generate resume content, scores, and suggestions based on algorithms and machine learning models. While we strive for accuracy and quality:

• AI-generated content is provided for informational and assistive purposes only.
• We do not guarantee that an optimized resume will result in job interviews or employment.
• ATS scores are estimates based on our analysis model and may differ from actual employer ATS systems.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before submitting it to employers.

8. Privacy

Your use of ATS Match AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ATS Match AI and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to ATS Match AI in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to ATS Match AI at our discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to other users or our platform.

Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will remain in effect.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will notify you via email or an in-app notification. Your continued use of ATS Match AI after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
