• User Session: We store basic user information (name, email, user ID) in local storage under the key ats_user to personalize your experience without requiring repeated API calls.
• Resume Context: Temporary resume analysis results are stored in local storage under ats_analyze_result to carry your ATS analysis data into the AI Rewrite workflow seamlessly.
• Performance & Analytics: We may use cookies to understand how users navigate our platform, which features are most used, and where users encounter issues — helping us improve the product.

3. Types of Cookies We Use

Essential / Strictly Necessary

These are required for the platform to function. Without them, you cannot log in, access your dashboard, or use any authenticated features. They cannot be disabled.

Functional

These remember your preferences and session state, such as your selected resume template or the last ATS analysis you ran, so you don't have to re-enter information.

Analytics / Performance

These help us understand how visitors interact with ATS Match AI — for example, which pages are visited most, how long users spend on the AI Rewrite page, and whether users encounter errors. Data collected is aggregated and anonymized.

Marketing (Not Currently Used)

We do not currently use marketing or advertising cookies. If this changes in the future, we will update this policy and seek your consent where required.
